Liya Garber creates a heart-filled, fun, joyful way to calm the mind and align with one’s inner truth. She brings a unique and special gift of laughter and humor to every class.
Her yoga journey began in the heart of New York City where she lived a fast-paced life as a business executive. As the stress of this life began to affect her health, Liya turned to yoga and began to heal. The results were undeniable and she has been on a dedicated path of self-healing and discovery ever since.
In addition to yoga, Liya studied deep esoteric Kabbalah, including the sacred Tree of Life and dream work, in Los Piramidas Del Ka, a school in Guatemala. She is certified in both Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and is a registered KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) instructor. She took her Level 1 and 2 trainings with Gurmukh and Gurushabd in India. Currently, she assists Jai Dev Singh’s immersion courses in California where she lives.
Liya is gifted with a special energy for creating sacred space in which humans can elevate and reconnect with their hearts and destiny. With sincerity and grace, she creates a special connection with each of her students. Her goal is to reach as many humans as possible in this lifetime.
Her highest values are authenticity and honesty with herself and others.

Hi my name is Julie. So nice to meet you! I would describe myself as a passionate, fun-loving gal filled with energy and joy. I am grateful for all of life’s blessing, trusting that everything is a wonderful opportunity from which to grow and learn.
Throughout the years I have developed a deep understanding of the link between mind, body, and soul. When faced with with my own health challenges, I have had the opportunity to personally explore what happens when we make the choice of love over fear. By choosing to see love and by developing a self love practice, my struggles have led me down a beautiful path of cultivating a relationship with my own soul. This has healed my mind and body greatly and has strengthened my desire to encourage, serve, and love others as they move through their own personal journeys.
My training has been with the highly respected Gurmukh and Gurushabd with certification from the Kundalini Yoga Institute.
I am also a Practitioner for the Lupus Foundation of Northern California helping to spearhead their “Living Well with Lupus” Wellness Initiative.
I am grateful to bring the healing powers of self love and Kundalini Yoga to people living with health conditions and/or seeking to enhance their lives.

Jenny is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Astrologer, and devoted mother of two. She is a lifelong seeker and spiritual practitioner, she is deeply passionate about the power of community, healing and connecting to the divine.
With over 25 years of experience in yoga and an additional certification in Vinyasa, Jenny brings a rich, embodied wisdom to her teaching. Her classes are dynamic, creative, and infused with joy, guiding students toward radical self-acceptance and deeper connection with their true essence.
Drawing from her background in Astrology, Jenny weaves cosmic insights into her offerings—exploring themes like releasing perfectionism, embracing rest, and aligning with the rhythms of the universe. Her presence is both grounding and inspiring, inviting you to show up fully, just as you are, and to experience the transformative power of practice.

Erica (she/her) began deepening her yoga journey in 2017 with a Hatha certification in India. However, it was through Kundalini yoga that she truly found her flow. After five years of dedicated practice, she earned her certification through the Self Mastery Kundalini YTT with Aura Kundalini Yoga.
As a mother of two, Erica discovered the transformative magic of Kundalini yoga: its ability to expand her capacity to hold more while grounding her in the present moment. She believes Kundalini resonates uniquely with everyone and is eager to learn how it connects with others.
Erica is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where individuals feel welcomed as they explore the portals to their true nature. Through Kundalini yoga, she is committed to guiding others on their journey of self-discovery with compassion and openness.

Kundalini Yoga has been a sacred tool for Amanda to discover a deep inner wisdom, authenticity, self love, and a spiritual connection. In order to deepen her own practice and share her passion with others, she became a certified teacher through Aura.
With Amanda, each class is a unique journey using movement, breathwork, and mantras to tap into your truth and connect to your soul. Classes are inclusive and always open to any level. This is a sacred and fun space where you can be 100% you, the authentic and genuine version of you, the best version there is.
When Amanda is not teaching yoga, she loves to travel and take local nature adventures around the Bay Area.

Lisa May Francisco is a Sacred Feminine Embodiment coach, Kundalini yoga teacher, EFT practitioner, and host of the Sacred Femme Alchemy podcast. She leads women to heal core wounds, embody pleasure, and rise in their feminine power through potent spiritual coaching and Tantric feminine practices.

Yael Haar is a kundalini yoga teacher, guide, dancer and visionary. Her intention is to connect people back to their wholeness and create spaces for transformation through yoga, movement and authentic connection.
The practices of kundalini yoga and dance have been massive catalysts in her healing journey which she uses in her teachings. She supports humans in building self-knowledge, holistic support, and holds space for spiritual growth. She received her 220 hr Kundalini Yoga certification through Siri Rishi Kaur (Brooklyn, NY).

Victoria Liu first found Kundalini while attending UCLA in her early 20’s as the research assistant on a study for Kundalini yoga and breathwork techniques as tools for stress management. She explored a number of eastern modalities that effectively eased emotional, mental and physical turmoil that often accompanies being the first generation of immigrant parents (working in the restaurant industry, nonetheless!), as well as major burnout from working in Silicon Valley for 10+ years. She now shares these techniques to help others connect and strengthen the mind, body and spirit to ultimately awaken life force energy and promote self-healing and discovery.
Victoria trained under Liya Garber for Kundalini yoga, and studied meditation, breathwork and metaphysics in Guatemala.

Darlynn (she/her) is a mover and a healer. She is certified in 720 hours of yoga training and vedic philosophy from all across the world; including styles in Hatha, Sivananda Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), and Kundalini Yoga.
She works as a somatic and trauma informed psychotherapist, and is also an intuitive healer and medicine woman. She is passionate about functional and integrative medicines, and believes that mother earth and ourselves can be our greatest teachers. She practices a new paradigm of Kundalini yoga, and stands in solidarity with her fellow sisters against injustice that came from older paradigms. She believes in yoga practices as a personal worship of self with your own highest power – not to any other human, system, or authority.

Lauren is a kind, fun, and heart-centered person, devoted to uplifting humanity through a remembering of the Soul’s journey. She brings an emphasis on why we came to Earth, and how to learn soul-driven lessons into her classes.
In her early 20’s she was introduced to spirituality and began to remember why sheis here, to help others through their own journey home to self. She has the ability to see light and dark through a non-judgemental lens. Hoping that by living in transparency and acceptance for what is, our planet can evolve into a more loving and peacefulul world.
She is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga and meditation for over ten years. She has used it as the most effective tool for moving energy in the body to feel vibrant and to create a home for her Soul beyond her thinking mind.
She is committed to helping others move through the fog that keeps them from knowing who they really are; beyond their body, learned behavior, and personality that may feel like their identity, but is simply just a piece of the puzzle. In her teachings, she will touch on the core virtues that resonate most deeply in her; love, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness, and within these creating healthy boundaries.

Mary Jane is a vibrant, earth loving individual who is committed to her personal healing journey and authentically sharing it forward to inspire others. Her energetic, playful spirit is rooted and interwoven in the teachings of every class.
In her early 20’s she was diagnosed with an autio-immune disease that redirected her life to a path of lifestyle transformation and healing. After unplugging from the matrix and spending 6 years immersed in intuitive self-practice, internal discovery and personal embodiment, she tapped deeper into holistic health, exploring multiple modalities and connecting deeply with Kundalini Yoga, Reiki & using food as medicine. Mary Jane is gifted with her ability to follow her intuition and surrender to the flow of the universe. Her goal is to help as many conscious individuals as she can to connect with their inner teacher, exploring the process and practice of manifesting the unique gifts they are meant to bring into the world.

Carolina discovered and fell in love with Kundalini Yoga in 2005. The combination of movement, deep meditation, and sound allowed her to be present in the moment, and quiet
the chatter of her mind.
In early 2021, Carolina took a break from an intense and busy work life after realizing she was close to complete burnout. She shifted focus to health and family, and started healing by listening to her inner wisdom, increasing her Kundalini Yoga practice, and ultimately becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with Aura Academy.
Carolina’s teaching focuses on reducing stress, stabilizing hormonal imbalances, and increasing overall wellbeing. Her goal is to open students to their own unique path to wholeness, and to offer support in their personal healing journey.
Carolina is originally from Chile and has lived in the Bay area since 2013. She lives in Berkeley with her husband, daughter, and dog Chi.

Susie has been a yoga practitioner for more than 25 years, and has dove into a daily kundalini practice over the last 8 years. Her core intentions are to share this very potent and healing practice that has truly guided her back to her soul; her inner strength, and deep inner wisdom. Susie creates spaces for people to safely, gently, and
courageously explore their interior knowing that, with her, they are held by a solid and soul led facilitator. It is Susie’s hope for her students to know the full spectrum of who they are as a soul having a human experience! Going into their psyche in deep and profound ways, along with experiencing the joy, fun, playfulness, and lighthearted nature that the soul really craves.
Susie wants people to truly love themselves and this path more. She wants to offer them some tools to navigate, transform, and optimize energies within them and around them.
