Amrita Yoga Flow

The mind-heart is a landscape. Practicing yoga or meditation teaches us to explore our inner environments. Over time, we learn to negotiate the terrain: the psyche’s rolling hills and shadowy corners. We discover where light dapples through the trees and recognize where the footing is precarious and we might need a hand to hold. With so little certainty in our lives , it’s vital to have internal reinforcements when we need them. Finding this steadier ground is the work of mindfulness. Feeling our bodies on the Earth and taking precious moments to cultivate breathe and anchor into our hearts longing , to get still enough to deeply listen to what is asking for attention.

The Amrita Sangha is steady and welcoming to all to explore where is beckoning for attention
