Join OmTara for Kundalini Yoga Breath Meditation practices to calm your mind, body & spirit.

Even if you’ve never done breath meditation practice before, this
will be easy to jump right in and go deep. We will work with several yogic breath meditation patterns over the course of 1 hour and complete our practice with a collective Kundalini mantra practice to move melodic sound and breath through our bodies. You will leave this meditation practice grounded, rested, & rejuvenated with easy tools to utilize in your own practice.

Erik Blender is a facilitator with over 10 years of experience holding safe and compassionate space for group & individual transformative journeys. He is a teacher of Kundalini yoga & meditation, a musician, sound healer & plant spirit medicine carrier dedicated to connecting people with practices that awaken the mind, body and spirit.

On the faculty of the Synaptic Institute’s Psilocybin Training Program, Erik teaches Group Facilitation, Psychedelic Integration, & Meditation practices. He is a certified Yoga & Meditation instructor with IKYTA (Intl Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) and also a certified Level 2 teacher of Trauma-Informed Yoga with Warriors at Ease, focusing on breath and meditation for regulation of PTSD.
