Minta is a yoga teacher of all ages, a mother, and a facilitator-trainer with her B.A. in Yoga Studies. She has found the yogic teachings serve as essential survival practices. For her, yoga is a healing modality, a preventative medicine and a spiritual connection that she truly believes to be accessible (in its origin) to all. Minta puts great emphasis on the philosophical teachings of this ancient practice. Her classes include an integrated understanding of the body through detailed alignment and breath-awareness, as well as inspirational readings that poetically bridge yogic concepts on the mat with everyday life. Minta’s primary focus is to enable students to connect with their inner guide. She teaches how to use props and variations to help her students move with integrity. She also facilitates workshops geared toward radical self-acceptance. She credits yoga entirely for reminding her to live imperfectly with great delight!
